1 Definitions & Interpretations

Below are the definitions of some key terms used in these Terms:

• "Platform" — All digital services of gtt99, including its website and applications.
• "User" or "Member" — Any person who has created an account on gtt99 or is using the platform.
• "Account" — A user's registered profile on the platform.
• "Bonus" — Any promotional offer, credit, or reward provided by gtt99.
• "Bet" or "Wager" — A user's placement of money on any game or sports betting event.
• "Services" — All offerings of gtt99, including online casino, sports betting, slots, live gaming, and more.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

2.1 Age Verification

To open an account on gtt99, you must be 21 years of age or older. We may request documents for age verification at any time. If false information is provided, the account will be suspended or closed and deposited funds may be forfeited.

2.2 One Account Policy

A maximum of one account is permitted per person, household, device, or IP address. If a single person holds multiple accounts, all accounts will be permanently closed and all bonuses will be cancelled.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration. If your information changes, update your account immediately. gtt99 will not be held responsible for any issues arising from incorrect information.

3 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

3.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount on gtt99 is ৳500. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). We support the following payment methods:

• Nagad
• Rocket
• Upay
• Bank transfer (major banks including BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank)

Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. If any additional fee applies at the time of deposit, the user will be informed.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal processing time is generally 30 minutes to 3 hours. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment account used for the deposit.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

We reserve the right to verify your identity before processing a withdrawal. A copy of your national ID card, passport, or driving licence may be requested. Withdrawals may be delayed until verification is complete.

4 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,500 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,500.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

A 25x wagering requirement applies to all bonuses. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus. Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 25 = ৳37,500 in bets must be completed before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.

4.3 Bonus Usage Terms

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly.
• Another bonus cannot be activated while one is already in progress.
• If the deposited amount is withdrawn without using the bonus, the bonus will be cancelled.
• gtt99 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Any attempt to obtain bonuses fraudulently will result in account closure.

5 Betting & Gaming Rules

5.1 Bet Validity

Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled. gtt99 reserves the right to void a bet in the event of a technical error or incorrect odds. All bets will be considered final once the outcome has been determined.

5.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Account hacking or unauthorized access
• Use of software bots or automation
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes
• Abusing the bonus system or exploiting parlays
• Gaining advantages through multiple accounts
• Using third-party tools to gain an unfair advantage

If such activities are detected, the relevant account will be closed immediately and all winnings may be forfeited.

5.3 Game Provider Rules

Games from various providers are available on the gtt99 platform, including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, JILI, PG Soft, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Ezugi. Each game has its own rules, which can be found within the game. In disputes arising from a game provider's rules, the provider's decision is final.

6 VIP Program

The gtt99 VIP program has four tiers:

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Gold: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Platinum: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback

You can advance to higher tiers by staying regularly active. VIP benefits are personal and non-transferable. gtt99 reserves the right to modify VIP benefits at any time.

7 Account Suspension & Closure

7.1 Closure by User

Any user may request to close their account at any time. To do so, contact us via live chat or email. Please withdraw any deposited funds before closing your account. Certain conditions may apply if you wish to reopen a closed account.

7.2 Suspension by gtt99

gtt99 may suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of the Terms
• Fraudulent activity
• Provision of false information
• Abuse of the betting system
• Legal or regulatory reasons

12 Intellectual Property
